From the beginning, we have been resolutely focused on promoting the breeds of our territory of excellence and our know-how abroad. We know how to adapt to the particular demands of each country, without any preconceived ideas, thanks to our extensive experience in "made-to-measure". Whether fresh or frozen, our meat is exported to the four corners of the globe.
Our international development is also a real source of inspiration and feeds our desire to innovate thanks to the rich exchanges that these trips provide.
As Export Manager, my role is to develop the international meat market, particularly in Asia, Africa and Europe, by defining a commercial strategy adapted to each country while targeting potential distributors. I make sure that we meet the specific needs of each country we export to, whether in terms of administration, quality or product cutting. I also organise the logistics involved in these exports from our factory to the customer. All these varied tasks, carried out with very different cultural players, make this job what I like.
